Join Holy Cross Health and the American Lung Association for a free 7-week Freedom from Smoking Group clinic to learn systematic approaches to quitting smoking. Participants will have the chance to talk about: Thinking about quitting The benefits of quitting The journey to quitting Getting help with quitting Smoking and Diabetes type 2
